This was pretty good for ground beef. I’m not usually a big fan of makeshift/quick-version recipes, but I would totally make this again. Grab that leftover rice from your fridge and try this!

Not bad but expected the flavors to be more complex. It turned out surprisingly bland to be honest.

This recipe is awesome! It’s super easy, inexpensive, and takes well to modifications. I use about 2 or more tablespoons of gochujong paste instead of the teaspoon of chili garlic paste it recommends, and I finish it with an assortment of pepper flakes. There’s almost no spice without kicking it up a bit.

I didn’t get to taste it but both picky eaters in my house gobbled it down and asked me to make it more often! win!

Loved it! I made extra sauce & added steamed broccoli & cauliflower over rice. Tasted great, even the next day as leftovers!

Made this a few times, I add in fish sauce and use sambal instead of chilli garlic paste, the family loves this dish

Loved this dish! Used white wine vinegar instead of rice vinegar since that’s what we had. Super easy and tasty!

This was amazing!! I used ground turkey as we don’t eat ground beef, but still amazing!

Really good, everyone in my household loved it! I didn't have the chili or the green onions but I'm sure they would've been a great addition. I fried the eggs instead and pickled some carrots to add as a topping. Overall the food turned out great, would definitely make it again.

So good! I never would have thought ground beef would make such a good substitute for bulgogi meat

Great! I am Amer/Asian, grew up in Okinawa and was stationed in Japan; I was in the Army. I went to Korea to shop before returning Stateside but never had this! Both family and friends had always talks about Bulgogi so I love this recipe!

I think there was too much soy sauce which made it salty, but I did not have any brown sugar and used honey + 1tbpsn of black molasses rum. I added broccoli for extra vegetables. It was good I will make again with brown sugar.

Delicious! The family loved it! I amped up the flavors a little more and agree that it could use some more vegetables. Next time I’ll add to it so it’s more of full meal.

add carrots, red bell pepper and bok choy. I feel like it needs some more veggie action

Quick, simple, yummy. What more could you ask for? Anyone any suggestions for what greens to pair it with, though?
