Excellent! I also added 1 tsp fish sauce to dressing.
Next time I’ll blanche the bean sprouts the 30 seconds recommended to keep the crunch, (somehow I read two minutes, but I only did for 1, then a cold ice bath to cool well before draining). Watch out for type of chili peppers- chili powder would not work as well, and crushed chili flakes would be really hot. I had chinese crushed red pepper that we use for kimchi.
