Absolutely amazing! I found there to be enough flavor as written, but I just crushed the garlic through a press directly into the sauce instead of browning it with the beef, which just seems silly.
I also served it with gochujang and tried a bit of lime juice for a bit of an extra kick. Will make again, because my leftovers didn't last the night.
