This was delicious! Stuck pretty close to the recipe, just mixed in some ground turkey because I didn’t have enough beef, and mixed in steamed broccoli at the end to add a veggie. I also made it without the chili pepper so I could grab some non-spicy portions for my kids, then added in the pepper at the end for myself and my husband. Everyone loved it and it was so easy. The only change I would make next time is to double the sauce. Will definitely be adding this into the regular meal rotation.
