Absolutely delicious and I had everyone asking me for the recipe I substituted the sausage for spicy Italian sausage and used better than boullion for the broth. It was amazing and set the soup standard high!

Very tasty indeed, also very easy to prepare and even easier to overeat it too. I didn’t have kale, so substituted the fresh chard we had instead, and it was downright delightful. Used mild Italian sausage, and might try spicy next time. Overall, this is a very tasty and hearty soup. Reminded me a bit of Ilive Garden’s Zuppa Toscana. A big bowl of this soup is perfect for the wintery cold days we’re having, and I plan to add this to our seasonal soup rotation.

This soup is a hit with my family. I have made it in the crockpot and on the stove top. I use corn starch instead of flour to make it gluten free. It's delicious and so easy!
