Ingredients

  • 4 kiwis (peeled and chopped)
  • 2 Granny Smith apples (peeled, cored and chopped)
  • 1/2 cucumber (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 3 tablespoons fresh ginger (chopped)
  • crushed ice (for serving)

Directions

  1. Place the kiwis, apples, cucumber, apple juice, mint and ginger in a blender and purée until smooth. Place crushed ice in 4 glasses, pour over the smoothie and mix together. Serve immediately.
