Best King Cake I ever had! Just a thought, but I bet you could add a little raspberry preserves (or any flavor) to the top of the cream cheese filling. You see that with the full size bakery King Cakes here in the south as well.

Tastes like a mini cinnamon roll! Yum! My daughter made these for a class project on Louisiana and they were a hit! A cute and tasty way to celebrate Madrid Gras. These were big enough to stuff a traditional plastic baby inside which made it even more fun!
