We were a little nervous about that much kimchi so we put 1/2 it wasn't enough. Don't be a chicken like we were do the whole thing it'll turn out great!

Great! I cheated a bit using a cabbage slaw I had in the fridge in place of the kimchi. But it worked!

Pretty good, didn’t have any sesame oil or green onions but we used homemade kimchi and soy sauce with a few eggs. Super simple. Super quick and a great way to use up a jar of kimchi. Definitely will make this again.

Great dinner idea. Shame I only discovered I was out of soy sauce when I started cooking, so had to improvise - a bit of balsamic, a bit of apple cider vinegar. I also forgot salt and other spices... and it still tasted yummy. Added some shiitake mushrooms, too.

Never attempted fried rice before, happy I went with this recipe. Made with store bought spicy kimchi and loved it. Made enough for two or three meals.

Really good, although I had to cook it for longer than the recipe said to. Tasted great!

I added some other things like left over roasted roots and corn. Over all it tastes good I like more spicy though
