We liked this. We used one sweet potato and 3 russet. Only thing we would do different is add the sausage after the potatoes have cooked for 20 minutes or so. Super easy and Loved the clean up too!

I used Farmer's Sausage but any type would be fine. This was easy and fast to put together. The kids ate it and gave approval for a return. I am giving it a 4 because I found it needed more accompaniments like buns, salad or soup to be filling where I'd refer to be lazy and not bother with the extras.

Absolutely wonderful! I doubled the onion, because we like onion a lot, other than that, made it just a recipe was printed. Totally YUMMLY!

It turned out really great! The directions didn’t say what to do with the onions so I just sprinkled them on top before I put it in the oven! I think it needed a little more salt but other than that it was a good easy meal & we will be having it again!

It was great! Added a few things like green onion on top at serving and pan fried bacon to the mix but it’s a great base to get creative!
