    This was very good and so easy! I used 2 small onions thinly sliced, but would add more next time. I tossed everything with the garlic, salt, some ground mustard and the paprika, with the oil. After putting it in my baking tray, I sprinkled smoked paprika on top. Did not add the cheese. I served it with creamed cabbage. Will make again.

    Delicious! Helps if you can get a nice char on the sausage first as well (either with a quick broil or in a hot pan on the stove)

    It was very good I added a few xtra things like Italian seasoning and mince garlic. I would definitely make it again .

    great flavor. needs some type of sauce maybe. it was a little dry. maybe even drizzle a cheese sauce over it after cooking

    Delicious! Very different supper than usual - everyone loved it! Added green pepper, needs more onion, less oil, important that meat chunk size is the same as potato chunk size. Could use some heat - chili pepper or something. Will definitely make again!

    Delicious with a mediterranean feel. I quartered 2 tomatoes and cut up baby carrots as a variation and it was very good. I was distracted and left it in the oven for an hour and it was still great!! I highly recommend!

    Green peppers made a nice veggie on second dinner. We cut back on olive oil, to make less greasy, came out great both times

    It turned out ok but it didn’t say when you’re meant to add the onion and it didn’t say if you were meant to slice or dice the onion

    The whole family loved this, even my picky eaters. Leftovers disappeared for lunch the next day. I'll definitely make a double batch next time. I added in some diced sweet peppers.

    This was very tasty, easy and very little effort. We used different spices & parm cheese. Really good! Will make again!

    Great recipe. I cut the potatoes into 1/4-inch cubes so they'd cook at the same rate as the sausage. Next time I'll add rosemary or oregano and skip the cheese.
