  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 3 cups flake cereal (rice)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate
  • 1/2 cup chips (butterschotch)

Directions

  1. Boil corn syrup and sugar. Stir in peanut butter and rice flake cereal. Pat into a 8" square pan. Set aside.
  2. Melt together chocolate and butterscotch chips. Spread over top of cookies in pan. Cool, cut, refrigerate.
