- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 3 cups flake cereal (rice)
- 1/2 cup chocolate
- 1/2 cup chips (butterschotch)
- Boil corn syrup and sugar. Stir in peanut butter and rice flake cereal. Pat into a 8" square pan. Set aside.
- Melt together chocolate and butterscotch chips. Spread over top of cookies in pan. Cool, cut, refrigerate.
