- 29 oz. tomato sauce (use a gluten-free brand, if needed)
- 6 oz. tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar (or coconut sugar)
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (use a gluten-free brand, if needed)
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (I recommend Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ sauce, use a gluten-free brand, if needed)
- 30 oz. kidney beans (cans, drained and rinsed)
