I love those meatballs , I have made them with red lentils instead of tempeh . I used Swiss chard for the spinach because it's growing crazy in my garden. I use a lot of fresh herbs , parsley , sage, oregano they taste super good . I cook my own marinara sauce and I add just what I need in the sauce , so it doesn't soak up all the sauce.
