    This was delicious! Mine turned out just like the picture and I’m just an average guy. Family LOVED it. The cheese tortilla part is kind of difficult I recommend melting the cheese on low and taking your time. I had my burner on 1 and in a very good non stick pan. I almost messed up the first one: lesson learned shut the burner off and let the cheese cool and solidify before trying to remove it, makes life a lot easier! I also made mine just a little too thick but that’s okay!

    Could not get the cheese right to make the "tortilla". Ended up wasting a lot of cheese.

    Delicious! To make the cheese wrap, put oil on a saucepan, then lay out the cheese. Let it fry and stiffen and harden. Once hardened, take it off the stove and put it in the fridge for around 30 minutes. When you remove it the cheese will be a wrap and easy to peel from the pan!
