    I love making these and taking two every morning as a quick breakfast. With it being Keto, the fat holds me over for a few hours and sometimes all the way to lunch time (my lunch time is 12:40 because I’m a high school teacher). I make these in batches and freeze them in ziplocks of 10 (5 day work week). When I am ready to use them I put one ziplock in the fridge to thaw out and eat two each morning (they warm in the microwave for 30s). Perfect for moms or women on the go!
