The sausage balls were very good. I went by the recipe and used coconut oil. I may add a little more cheese next time because I love cheesey.

So easy and so delicious - made with quality sausages and just opened the casings to take the stuffing out. Served with cauliflower gratin, perfect keto comfort food.

ok. not sure i would make it again
My husband and I loved them but I think I’m gonna cut down on the flour they were just a tad bit dry. But other than that awesome great breakfast for on the run!

We were expecting a different taste and texture. I may try again with GF flour instead of almond flour. There was an overwhelming almond flour taste.

    They were awesome!!...very tasty...will make again😊
These were a disappointing flop for me.... Sausage I used was very spicy, and these tasted way too much like almond flour.... i used a cookie scoop which is the equivalent to 1 Tbsp. Now I have 20 plus of these and I don’t know what to do with them.

These are easy to make and taste really good. I make them with hot breakfast sausage and it makes enough for a whole weeks worth of breakfast.

these turned out ok but might have been my fault. i lined the pan with foil to reduce cleanup but i think affected cook time/ temp - had to turn up heat and add time. i think they stuck worse to the foil than they would have to a bare pan. the crunchy cheesy bits that stuck are the very bits that make these so delicious. i will try again but will not use foil. perhaps parchment or commando.

These turned out great! Made them for an office party so I doubled the recipe which made about 40, but I cut the amount of almond flour in half (just seemed like way too much) and they were great. 20 minutes or a little longer was better to give the cheese time to get crispy, but might have taken longer since I had two sheet pans in oven at once. Used parchment paper on pans for easy clean up. Will definitely make these again!

these sausage balls were wonderful. I will make these again soon! As previously mentioned if you make them a bit smaller the recipe will make more than 25.

good. smaller ball size is better and stick with finely shredded sharp cheddar. we had larger/farmhouse shredded cheese and it didnt bind as well. used hot sausage for more flavor. i look forward to making it again!

This is so easy to make. And delicious. It brought back memories from when my mom made them for Christmas every year. Family loves them. They will be a favorite throughout the year.

These are delicious! But careful of the cheese. It can make a mess on the pan.

These were pretty good! I’m a super picky eater who’s trying a new way of cooking, both for health and just to try new things, and I had reservations about the almond flour (because in my 32 years of life I’ve never had it to my knowledge) and figured it would make the balls taste...nutty. Hush. I made it with the coconut oil, which came in the solid form, and changed up my cheese to the Mexican for my turkey balls, but kept cheddar for the sausage. And I cooked mine instead of 20 minutes to actually 30 minutes. I wanted them a little crispier. Didn’t quite get as crispy as I wanted, but I didn’t want to overlook them either. I’ll make them a little smaller and make more instead of the suggested number Came out pretty on point! Will save for another time!

Mine turned out more like sausage blobs, but they are still delicious!
