    this was quite tasty! i am not much of an egg person but love philly cheesesteak subs, pizza, etc. I actually used thinly sliced roast beef and it turned out really good. probably better with leftover steak or venison, but it is what i had... and i would make it again!

    Was able to make them quite easily. I cheaped out on the beef which make it less tender. Heating the completed wrap at the end is a must. The kids enjoyed it better using a corn tortilla over the egg.
