This was my first time making these pancakes. I've tried other Keto pancakes and they were ok but this recipe is our favorite. I didn't have PB powder so I subsituted it with Genepro protein powder (flavorless). With this recipe, I was able to make 4 servings, 2 small pancakes in each serving. I froze two servings for when my daughter want pancakes throughout the week. I will make this again!

These are the best pancakes I’ve ever had!! I’ve been doubling the recipe, freezing the leftovers, and having them every morning for breakfast. Yum!!

These were fantastic and if I didn't know they were keto, I'd swear I was eating a-not-so-good-for-you pancake. I have tried 5-6 different keto recipes for pancakes and this one is the prize winner!!! I will be making these again and again, especially as I try transitioning my family over to more keto recipes. These are definitely a keeper in my keto recipes.
