Thank you! I can prep breakfast for the week! I see lots of uses for this “ dough”. Maybe add a lil keto gravy to make it not so dry.

came out a little dry for me but my husband enjoyed it alot. I believed if i would have put a little hot sauce I would have enjoyed it more.

Tasty! Very easy and quick to make. I didn’t have mozzarella so I used provolone. Wasn’t sticking together very well but they held up nicely. Crunchy and cheesey outside ...and eggs weren’t dried out. I took it out of the oven after just over 10 minutes (gas oven) but wish I would have grabbed them a tad earlier. Can easily eat on the go too! Thanks for the recipe!

It took less than 20 mins. Maybe because my oven is convection.

It’s a good base idea, however there are a few edits I would make for the future. Mine turned a bit crispy because I made the dough thinner than expected (I also shortened the time by 5 minutes so watch your dough thickness and your oven while it bakes) . I’ve made a couple of different types of cheese dough- I started the Keto diet about 3 weeks ago and I found this one to be average compared to the ones I’ve made in the past. I believe that the dough would have tasted better if I added a bit of cream cheese ( 1 tbsp) and a bit of coconut flour (2 tbsp) to give it more of a dough like quality. It’s something I will be trying in the future, when I make this recipe again. I ended up modifying my hot pocket and I switched the bacon for breakfast sausage and added spinach- it turned out pretty good and was quite tasty. If you’re willing to work out a few kinks in the recipe (specifically the dough and time in oven) this makes for a really good portable meal.
