Definitely one of my new favorite breakfast meals. Seasoning your eggs makes a huge difference (obviously, but still). 10/10

Yummy! I put a little salsa in the eggs and Parmesan in the dough!

I filled mine with tomato purée and more mozzarella, was just like a calzone but without all the guilt!! Will be using this recipe again

The pockets are yum and really quick and easy to make. I’m going to try using the dough to make other things as I’m missing bread on the Keto diet.

The hot pockets are super tasty. I used real mozzarella which made it difficult to work with the dough. I though maybe melting the mozzarella together with the almond flour could help.

It is delicious the crust does taste like a normal hot pocket crust. Will do this again.
