    Great recipe! My family has started to use Costco Bison burger, so that is what I use, and it is delicious. Didn't have any allspice, so I used a pinch of cloves, very strong so go light. I did add an extra which has nothing to do with the recipe, which is perfect as is. But we like bacon, so I use a spatula to push the ends down the side of the meat loaf and across the top, 6 slices more or less depending on how big your bacon is. Wonderful!
