Very good! I used skin-on, bone-in chicken thighs, bumped the spices up by 50 percent, and doubled the cooking time. Came out crispy and moist. Can't think of anything I'd change for next time.

Came out great, I put some in the air fryer to try there. Under same temperature and time. Came out a little more on the crispy than in the oven. And was a little bit saltier as well. But was great out the air fryer as well

Delicious! Used tenderloins, one 3oz bag of plain pork rinds and 1 0z hot pork rinds. Left out the cayenne since I used the hot pork rinds and yes this is a keeper! Paired with Garlic Roasted Potatoes.

i liked it, but my fiance did not, only because you will have a strong pork rind flavor even with the seasoning.

Made these without the thyme, because of personal preference. Also only 1/4 tsp of cayenne and it was still a bit too spicy for me. But they still turned out really tasty. Next time will broil at the end to make them extra crispy.

Everyone loved them! So good. Even my picky son ate them no problem. Normally when I try to make something low carb my kids are like this tastes weird I don't like it, but this time they had no idea. Awesome

The thyme was a bit overpowering. Will likely make again, but will reduce amount of thyme or try other spices.

great flavor! Incredibly moist! A little too spicy for me so next time I think I will skip the cayenne pepper.

So delicious! I paired with a homemade “raising canes” sauce and it tasted just like I was at the restaurant but keto! I had left overs so I heated them up in my air frier the next day and they were still delicious! Definitely becoming a staple in my house

Probably the best chicken strips I've made! I usually have an issue with the coating falling off during baking but this stayed on perfectly and the flavor was great. I did add some parmesan to give it something extra.

Easy to make and very tasty! I had plenty of leftovers after serving four people, too. I used EPIC’s BBQ baked pork rinds a few times to cut down even more on preparation time and that was just as tasty.

so good and so crunchy and EASY! was worried the cayenne would yield casualties so i did like 1/8th of a teaspoon and it was still zingy :)

made this in the air fryer....amazing!!!!. im on keto diet and my husband isnt. he did not want a diet dinner, he wanted his Tyson buffalo chicken strips. when dinner was ready and i made my plate, he took a bite of mine. he liked it so much that not only did he put a piece on his plate but he also had it for lunch the next day. 😮 that made me happy. i thought it was very tasty as well...yum
