We have tried several different fillings and loved them all. My review is about the tortillas. They’re fantastic! I would recommend trying this for any low carb eater

Amazing! Very good, but a bit salty. Add some picante sauce, it you want. Helpful advice: don’t overstuff the “tortillas” or they will break when you roll them up. Whatever meat was leftover from stuffing it, I put on top of the enchiladas, along with the cheese. This meal was amazing.

I used seasoned ground chicken and it turned out amazing. This is a staple for sure! And it’s so easy to make! Delicious! I will definitely be making these again!

Crazy good. Watched video prior and utilized Italian sausage as well. Very surprised about how tasty and filling it was.
