I was sceptical about this but it actually turned out good. Someone has mentioned it was quiet eggy and I have to agree but no so much that it’d put you off.
It’s very fluffy and light, makes a decent replacement for sandwiches and snacks.
I’m also thinking of experimenting and additing some seeds next time for crunchier texture.
Overall would recommend for non carb friends! The

This was so easy to do that I wonder why I waited 6 months into my low carb eating before I tried it. It did satisfy my desire for toast with butter and sugar free jam. Will definitely make it again.

First time making this bread. I wanted some garlic bread to go with my Baked Spaghetti squash Spaghetti. My daughter loved it. She said that it's better than 90 second keto bread. I agree. I can out flatter than I excepted (perhaps I mixed it too long) Any who, it was delicious. After in baked I spread butter and garlic powder on top.
