    First off, I had to sub the Marscapone as I only had cream cheese. Overall I enjoyed this recipe although I thought it was a bit on the dry side. That may have been on me though as I had to cook it in a pie pan. I added a bit more cheese than the recipe called for because I didn't think had enough LOL. But it was a quick and delicious side so I look forward to making it again.

    It was quick and delicious and the Mascarpone cheese really set it apart!

    Turned out great. I didn’t have mascarpone, so I softened cream cheese and heavy cream together instead.

    Would be better with a higher broccoli ratio, some onion powder, and a little chicken broth added in before the first round of microwaving
