The batter needs to be chilled! These flattened out in the oven. The taste was fine, though I found them kind of heavy.

Use a muffin tin to get them more biscuit shaped. I left out butter as husband said they were too greasy. I put melted butter on top of mine. Great recipe!!!

These biscuits are definitely cheddar cheesy! They were what I expected of a keto biscuit, not fluffy like your normal biscuits, but not bad either.
