I cooked the chicken the slow cooker with buffalo sauce all day instead of baking it with Frank’s, but other than that the recipe was super helpful and they turned out amazing!

Excellent recipe, cheese can get oily after so just pat with some paper towels before stuffing with chicken.

I loved it but did make a few adjustments the second time. I put the cheese mixture in a pancake shape rather than a ball and they melted more evenly and it was easier to predict their size. I also reduced the cheddar and added more mozzarella and Parmesan to reduce grease since cheddar is super greasy when melted made no difference in taste and was far less greasy-:)

Tasted great. However, the cheese roll-ups do not peel off the wax paper after they’re done baking. So I had the buffalo chicken sans the rolls. Obviously, this is a recipe that was “designed” by a “Keto diet expert” who never actually tried to execute it to test if it would actually work. Don’t waste your time or money on the ingredients. Disappointing.
