    This is a great keto salad - I beg everyone to ignore low fat comments. Low fat is very unhealthy our bodies need good fats and mayonnaise especially avocado mayonnaise is so good for us! Keto is very healthy!

    It is tasty but definitely falsely advertised as being way healthier than it is. Unless you have low fat mayo and low carb maple syrup, you are looking at a pretty unhealthy salad. The amount of bacon with the mayo just makes this salad so full of fat, it is definitely not something I will make again when trying to eat healthy. **also, not too savvy about the keto diet, but pretty sure it’s supposed to be high protein and this recipe is quite low in protein. Low carb, low protein, over 80% fat. Really unimpressed. Oh and if you are trying to keep your calorie intake low, the portions for this recipe are so teeny tiny. Just not worth it.

    Hubby loved this and I’ve made it now at least 3 times within 2 weeks. Instead of apple cider vinegar, I used red wine vinegar and I added raw cashews for a little more flavor. So good! Yummy!

    It's perfect without the syrup, just be careful on the kind of onion you use because you don't want it too strong

    we dont add any sweetener and everyone loves it. we also add shredded cheses. Its gone faster then i can make it.

    I made it this morning for later...very easy to make but substituted mayonnaise with 1/2 cup of olive oil mayo and 1/2 cup of sour cream. Also didn’t use the syrup but did add 1 tbsp of organic honey. Tastes great!

    Very easy. I swapped the 1 cup mayo for 1/3 cup mayo and 1/3 cup sour cream. I also added a small amount of ranch seasoning and threw sweet onions in with the bacon. (I like my onions sweet and at least a little cooked.) I also didn't notice it called for maple syrup. I've made a lot of broccoli salad in my life and never needed a sweetener.
