Perfect. No need for the xanthum gum
very good. i added a little xanthan gum to thiken it a little.

We added ham as well, it was thinner than you might think, but very tasty.

I’ve never made broccoli cheese soup before. This turned out well! I like my soup a little thicker, so I added the xantham gum to give it the consistency I wanted. I also added Parmesan cheese and it put it over the top. Will definitely be using this recipe again!

Soo good!! I used vegetable broth instead, added green onion at the end. Will be making this again!!
