It was a little sweet but other wise really good

We thought it could of been better as far as recipe go for this being Kentucky Fried chicken recipe. I followed it to a T and added more spice and it wasn’t as good as we thought it could be. We fried it in peanut oil. Whether that made a difference I would imagine not. We use peanut oil on our beer battered fish and it’s fine.

I luv the flavor this gave to chicken. However, I didn't use the egg white wash. Maybe next time. Will definitely use this recipe again.
