Ingredients

  • 1 package kielbasa (Polska)
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard (Coleman's-little yellow tin)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 8 ounces egg noodles (uncooked, cooked according to package directions)
  • 2 cups peas (frozen baby, thawed)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut sausage into ¼” slices; set aside.
  3. In large bowl, combine sour cream, chicken broth, onion, ground mustard, salt and pepper, mixing until smooth.
  4. Fold in sausage, cooked noodles and baby peas.
  5. Pour mixture into a greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
  6. Cover and bake 25 minutes.
  7. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese and bake 5-10 minutes longer or until heated through.
