- 1 pound fresh spinach (rinsed and chopped)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 bunch green onions (chopped)
- 3/4 pound feta cheese (Karoun Goat, crumbled)
- 4 teaspoons parsley
- 2 tablespoons dried dill
- ground pepper (Fresh)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 16 sheets phyllo dough (thawed)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Heat 2 T. olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Saute green onions and garlic until lightly browned and soft.
