- Insert 6 small slits into pork loin. Insert garlic slices in the slits. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place pork loin in slow cooker. Layer bacon, cabbage, sauerkraut, tomatoes, caraway seeds and bay leaf on top of pork loin. Top with beer.
- Cover and cook on high for 8 hours.
- Before serving, shred pork and stir all slow cooker ingredients.

Easy, tender and super flavorful! Served over noodles…a hit with my family!
Cooked it for 6 hours (5 on high and last hour on low) with 2 pounds of pork loin. Shredded perfectly!

Not good at all. After cooking this for 8 hours there are no flavors left. Couldn’t taste the bacon, the kraut, the tomatoes or anything. No one went back for seconds or ate the leftovers so I had to throw out about 5 pounds of food. Not recommend.
