  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (can also use, monterey jack, colby jack, mozzarella or gruyere.)
  • 5 cups curly kale (about 3-4 large leaves, tough stems removed, roughly chopped)
  • 1 slice crusts (sourdough bread, removed)
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
