Fantastic grilled the dish too hot to crank up the oven. I did not have salad so I grilled some bok choy. And had some hummus great combination.. I used a copper grill mat

A+. The salting makes the eggplant less bitter. I did some with nozerrela and some with just a little Parmesan sprinkled on. Also used canned pasta sauce to speed up prep.

Pretty good. Never been a huge fan of eggplant but this tasted like pizza. I did use the marinara sauce generously though

Great. Though at the last! We found we didn't have the eggplant we thought we had. So improvised with sliced kumera and that worked out fine,

i made my own pizza sauce and added spinach and jalapenos with a sprinkle of feta cheese. it tasted much better than i thought it would. i recommend cutting the skin off after baking the eggplant.

I use baked eggplant blended with tahini to spread on wholemeal bread. It’s easy.

Very yummy, I added 1/3 cup of ricotta and an egg to the cheese mix (simply cause I had some I needed to use up) and even leftover it was fab!

Very simple but tasty recipe. I've added gouda cheese to the tomato base and served it the finished dish with garlic bread. I also added onions to the 1st step (butter and garlic base) Overall it was nice and delicious.

Delicious! We added panko bread crumbs on top of some of them before we broiled and it made it even better! We would have used italian bread crumbs if we had them.

it took a lot of time for the amount it produced for a large size of people (5 people). it was very tasty, we added extra cheese which made it very delicious.
