This was very good. Every time I cook chicken breast in the oven it comes out dry and hard to chew. All of the previous recipes that I used called for the temp to be at either 350 or 375. I thought, when I saw this recipe, that 425 was really high but I did tried it anyway. I guess that's the secret to juicy chicken!! It was delish! I made it again the following night and butterflied the breasts. I placed some fresh basil, spinach, red roasted peppers and a a slice of fresh mozzarella cheese inside and "closed the lid". It was amazing. I will definitely be using this method and this seasoning again.

Nice and juicy. i only finished the chicken for 30 min, but it definitely made a difference! I'll speak it for an hour next time and maybe add a little more flavor to the water. but over all very simple and very effective!
