Cut back on salt. Make sure to check for thickness of chicken as to not dry it out.

Very tasty! Next time I will leave in the brine longer. Had to rush and could only soak for 20 min. Spicy for kids.

I didn’t have all the ingredients but still very good. Very moist. I’ve always brined when grilling breasts. This is great for the oven as well Thanks for the tip

Oh my, this is the best chicken breast recipe ever. And so fast, 20 minutes brining and and 30 minutes cooking, easy. Usually I hate cooking chicken breast because it is always dry, even when I tenderize. Just never that great. So simple, brine it. Awesome, such a handy trick. Thanks.
