    I like spicy, but my hubby doesn’t like TOO much spice, this recipe is too much spice so I’d cut it down next time. Very tasty though!

    It was so delicious and juicy but we had to cook for 40 mins at 425 to get the chickens core temp to 165 degees. We have a gas stove.

    Great! I followed the recipe...the only changes I made were I did half paprika half smoked paprika, and I used herbes de Provence with Lavender instead of just thyme. They came out juicy and tender. Would make again. I didn’t have cayenne so I used McCormicks Coarse Ground Pepper and that was plenty spicy.

    this was very good. just made a few small changes, brined the chicken for a couple of hours prior to cooking and instead of cayenne i used and indian spice that gave this chicken a serious kick. the chicken came out way better than i thought it would and oh boy was it juicy and tasty. gotta try this again. fyi made it with a side of panko crusted mac and cheese.

    Very tasty! I had mixed dry spices with the oil in a ziploc bag and placed chicken in bag and marinated for 20 mins. Then placed chicken in oven as directed. It was so juicy and delicious. I’ll make again!
