  • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
  • 500 milliliters unsweetened almond milk (or regular milk)
  • 1 banana (large ripe)
  • 4 tablespoons yoghurt (natural)
  • 1 handful mixed nuts (or use a handful of my Gorgeous granola for a sweeter pot)
