- 3 Tbsp. hot mustard
- 14 oz. Johnsonville Smoked Brats (1 package)
- 2 red bell pepper (medium, cuti into 1-in. pieces)
- 1 green pepper (medium, cuti into 1-in. pieces)
- 1 yellow summer squash (medium, cuti into 1/2-in. pieces)
- 1 onion (medium, cut into wedges)

Directions
- In a resealable plastic bag or bowl, combine soy sauce, apple juice concentrate and hot mustard for marinade. Add vegetables. Seal bag or cover container; refrigerate for one hour.
- Drain and reserve marinade.
- Thread sausage and vegetables alternately on skewers.
