This is the perfect recipe for sausage cheese balls! Perfect amounts of every ingredient (with three small shakes of cayenne pepper), and very tasty. The celery and onion add great crunch & textures to them. Be certain to make the balls at about 1-inch, no bigger. So great!

Great recipe. I’ve been making this lighter version with just sausage and cheese for years but decided to add the onions, celery, and garlic this time and they turned out great. Our friends loved them. Also, because we like it spicy, we used Hot sausage and even added a little cayenne for extra kick. Highly recommend.
