Our version of a Jamaican sauce
Ingredients

4 SERVINGS
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 cup shallot (roughly chopped)
- 5 garlic cloves (Each, Chopped)
- 3 scallions (Each, Chopped)
- 1 cup brown sugar (Packed)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh thyme leaves
- 1 Tbsp. ground allspice
- 1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. ground nutmeg (Fresh)
- 1 1/2 ginger (Thumbs Peeled, Rough Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. habanero hot sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup (Sir Kensington)
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 3 Tbsp. pickapeppa sauce
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice

Directions
- Add all ingredients to a medium sized sauce pan, bring to a simmer.
- Simmer for about an hour till it starts to thicken.
- Blend until completely smooth and season to taste with salt and pepper.
