- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 3 ounces jello (lemon)
- 1 can fruit cocktail (drained)
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- cool whip
- Drain crushed pineapple. Heat the juice, add Jello and stir until dissolved. Let set.
- Whip Jello, fold in fruit cocktail and pineapple.
- Add cream cheese to Cool Whip and fold mixture into Jello mixture. Let set.
