The pancakes turned out perfectly! I had this small Japanese pan that’s designed for fluffy pancakes so I was glad to finally put it to use.

A little bland for our test but fun!

I haven’t made these yet, but if you don’t have egg rings you can use canning jar rings or metal cookie cutters. You can even wash out a tuna can that has been opened on both sides. I use cookie cutters for regular pancakes and my kids love them. I’ll edit my rating once I’ve made the actual recipe.

these turned out okay, i have a flat top stove and greenpans so the cooking was a bit different. i didn’t have any mold so i tired just making them natural shapes, the batter got everywhere and they seemed to burn VERY fast

fluffy and delicious! used honey instead of sugar!

Way too dense. I think the amount of flour is a mistake

Heavier than I thought they would be. Dense and filling.

Came out good in the first attempt. Used bit more milk and cooked over small pan. No egg rings.

It turned it ok. It didn't rise much, I had to cut the recipe in half for one person.

Finally found a perfect pancake recipe !! LOVE IT

Taste was good but too heavy and dense, I‘m not experience cook to know what to add, but they needed something to make the batter light fluffy, then I would have enjoyed it. I won’t make these again.
Victoria 13 Oct 2018
Love these, they are a lot smaller than I thought but remind me a bit of cake!
David Axen 8 Oct 2018
i made it with gluten free flour for my girlfriend and it turned out nice! would recommend Nutella and blueberries 👌

I ended with delicious and appreciated results. I slightly modified the recipe to add cinnamon and nutmeg to enhance the flavor. To complete my recipe I added sweet coconut The results where quite appreciated by all. Unfortunately, before I could take a picture, most of them where gone! These where the only one left...

The recipe was super simple and even if I didn’t follow it strictly (I didn’t have time to let the batter sit for 15min, so I did 5min instead), the pancakes came out just as tasty as the Japanese boxed pre-made pancake mix, if not better! Saved me from hungry kids on Sunday morning!!!!!
Jamison S. 23 Sep 2018
we really didnt like them unfortunately. Too thick

Nice. Maybe a bit more sugar wouldn't do any harm
Sara Gilbert 2 Sep 2018
Not the sweetest but I made a berry compote to pair with it and it was delicious.

Lindsey B. 25 Aug 2018
I thought they were a little dense but they make a very pretty presentation to serve
