Delicious recipe! I slightly modified it as we had some steelhead salmon poke bought from Costco, which complemented the bowl. I would definitely make this recipe again!

I used the marinade and then broiled the salmon because my salmon was a few days old. I can easily see using sushi grade salmon and eating as sushi. Whole family liked the bowl and will make again

No info in the recipe on how to cook the salmon, so once cut it up, I put it in the oven for 8 minutes @ 400°F. I let it cool and then tossed it in the sauce. Other than that, it was scrumptious. Adding this one to the dinner repertoire

I thought this tasted like a sushi roll. It was yummy. I added sriracha to kick it up. Next time I will make extra sauce to drizzle over the veggies. I think it needed more.

Lots of ingredients and prep, but worth it! All my favorite Japanese flavors in one bowl.
