Fresh, Healthy and Yummy. It was even better than what I thought. Used Sweet Leaf “Sweet Drops” instead of Sugar and Liquid Aminos instead of Regular Soy Sauce for a healthier version. Made it as a side dish for a Lentil Salad and my husband loved it on a #meatfreemonday.

This was delicious! Tastes just like the cucumber salads I used to eat all the time when I lived in Japan. I ended up using 3 large cucumbers because of how much dressing this recipe makes. It is a wonderful complement to a Tonkatsu Donburi and Miso soup.

This turned out amazing! A good compliment to any spicy meal or just to have around for a quick bite

Very easy to make, and quite tasty. I made this as a side dish alongside a main dish of tofu. I found there was a lot of extra vinegar dressing at the bottom of the bowl, so I think next time I'll go a little light on the dressing.

This was such an easy recipe to make, and it tastes amazing! It's a perfect side dish or snack because it's low carb and full of vinegar, which is incredibly good for the body!
