  • 4 chicken breasts (500-600g cut into large chunks)
  • 200 grams natural yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon Garam Masala
  • 2 tablespoons butter (clarified butter, ghee works beautifully here)
  • 2 onions (medium, peeled and thinly sliced in half moons)
  • 2 tablespoons tomato puree
  • 1 handful ground almonds
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons creme fraiche
  • 1 glug double cream
  • 1 lime (+ more to serve)
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander (chopped)
