Description

Made with instant ice cream, to which milk and instant coffee are added, this four ingredient, three-step recipe comes together in no time flat. Drizzling it with chocolate sauce is the pièce de résistance.

Ingredients

120 grams butter
120 grams sugar
2 eggs
120 grams flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
5 ounces jam

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2Add the butter and sugar and mix well.
3Add the eggs, one at a time, and mix well.
4Add the flour and baking powder while stirring continuously.
5Lightly butter and flour the cake pan.
6Pour the batter in the cake pan and level the surface with a spatula.
7Add the jam by the spoonfuls, enough to cover the entire surface.
8Bake the cake for 25 minutes.
9Remove the cake from the pan and turn it onto a cake plate. Sprinkle it with powdered sugar, cut into cubes and serve.
