These turned out fantastic! They had a great flavor and left room for whatever else youd like on it. I only made 10 and used 6 eggs so I used a little less ingredients than it xalled for, but i didn't add or take away any ingredients either. The only thing i did different was cook them for about half the time that it saod to. All ovens are different so i would recommend checking it on and off after about 10 minutes. Mine were perfect at about 15 minutes. I will definitely save this one. Thanks for the recipe!

Took these to a party and they were a hit. I had extra which I put in ramekins without the bacon and added a spoonful of bacon grease on top. They were great for breakfast the next day. I did not add the bacon grease to the mixture as directed- seemed too much- and they had great bacon flavor and were easily removed from the pan.

Amazing! Chopped the bacon in instead of wrapping it around the muffin and it was just so beautiful and flavourful. I made half as muffins and half as a slab because I ran out of muffin tray space and both turned out gorgeous!

I omitted the bacon grease in the mix and they were still great. Next time i am thinking of using feta cheese in the mix, could be good I believe.

I did it with regular red peppers because of the kids, mixed in some regular cheese, parmegiano and philadelphia cheese spread and it was delicious !!!!
