They were great. I cooked a little longer for extra crispy. Can make with any cheese. So easy

I made these with cheddar and they turned out great, however I did add 1 egg to the mix as a binder but you would have never known it. Next time I want to make them with the Mexican blend cheese, I'm sure they will turn out just fine. I recommend 13 minutes instead of 10 to 12. They will keep better if they last that long.
