- 8 ounces rotelle pasta, cooked and drained
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 1/2 cups red potatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup pitted ripe olives
- 1 cup wish-bone house italian dressing
Directions
- Cook rotelle according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool.
- Combine all ingredients except Wish-Bone® House Italian Dressing in large bowl. Add Dressing; toss well. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

This has always been a favorite pasta salad of mine. I usually have a few modifications though. I usually add peas, carrots, black olives, green olives, and mushrooms. Basically treat this as a pasta salad you can add your favorite veggies to! that way you can eat a gallon in a day and say it was healthy.
